Notice: Bids Wanted - Snow Removal

Harvest Church - Petroleum Valley Campus, 118 N Fairview Main Street, Petrolia, Pa. 16050. is seeking bids for snow removal and ice management the for upcoming winter season. Bidders should be experienced contractors who are insured and have a history with commercial or institutional snow removal. Service will include snow plowing and ice treatment for the church parking lot (122’x134’) and driveway to the church’s lower level (104’x13’), level and lower parking area (72’x25’). Plowing will be expected to be commenced at an accumulation of 2 inches, ice treatment applied as needed. All surfaces must be cleared and treated by 7AM on Sunday and prior to weekday events as assigned.

Contract Requirements

• Proof of valid commercial general liability insurance, and workmans compensation coverage.

• Provide a fixed pricing structure at a per task rate.

• Provide 2 references for similar work.

Bids must be submitted no later than October 26 2026.
