Clintonville Borough Council, Venango County, has declared a disaster emergency in response to the snowstorm on Jan. 25, 2026. Mayor Megan Weber signed the declaration on the 25th of Jan, 2026. This declaration will help the Borough with federal and state reimbursements and will free up officials to make emergency decisions that are in the best interest of the Borough. Special meeting on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to sign the resolution and any other business before the board.
