Sealed proposals will be received by the Licking Township of Clarion County at Box 111, Callensburg, PA 16213 until 6:00 PM on May 14, 2026 for the following: 1) 6574 Sq. Yards of Single Asphalt Seal Coat, E-1 Prime, in Place; 8441 Sq. Yards of Single Asphalt Seal Coat, CRS-2/RS-2, In Place;

OR 2) 6574 Sq. Yard of Single Asphalt Seal Coat, E-1 Prime, in Place; 19241 Sq. Yards of Single Asphalt Seal Coat, CRS-2/RS, In Place. This project shall be completed by 9/15/26. After 9/14/26 Liquidated damages apply at the rate of $885. per calendar day. Proposals must be on the form furnished by the Municipality. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
