Marion Township Board of Supervisors, 2275 West Sunbury Road Suite A, PO Box 141, Boyers, PA 16020 (724-735-2637 or marion.twp@zoominternet.net) is accepting sealed bids for the following until 5:00 p.m. May 13, 2024. To be opened on Monday, May 13, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at the monthly Board of Supervisors meeting held at the Marion Township Office located at 2275 West Sunbury Road Suite A, Boyers, PA 16020.
Various Aggregates 5,000 tons more or less of the following limestone: # 8, # 9, # 57/#67, # 3, # 2A, FOB plant. All material shall be state approved. Any successful bidder must be able to supply materials when requested. Proposals must be on forms furnished by the Municipality.
Bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Marion Township.
The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids bid proposals.
Do not send bids via UPS or FedEx.
