Linda L. Bender Howell, 71, of Perry Twp., Parker, Pa. passed away Wednesday evening at Butler Memorial Hospital, August 10, 2022, following a nearly two-month-long illness.
She was born in Pittsburgh on July 6, 1951, to the late William and Betty Lowmaster Bender. She was employed by Central-Electric Co-Op (REA) at Parker for many years. Linda was a great music enthusiast, as well as a talented artistic individual - very creative. She is survived by her husband James “Jim” Howell, two brothers Gary and Bill Bender of Colorado, and a number of other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son Billy Lynn Bobbert who passed away on Oct. 8, 2005. Linda will be laid to rest with her son at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Dutch Hill. Buzard Funeral Home staff of Parker assisted Jim with all arrangements.
