Lola Pearl Barbera Morgan, 79, of Emlenton, passed away at her residence on July 3, 2026.

Born in Barger Hollow, Perry Township, on January 5, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and Emily Everette Barbera.

She was a graduate of Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School. She was married to the late Malcom “Ron” Morgan, who passed away on December 5, 2015.

Lola had a lifetime career as a cook at multiple restaurants over many years. She enjoyed quilting and volunteering at the Christian Community Thrift Store in Annisville. Lola also enjoyed making trips to the casino in Erie, playing skill games and scratchers, and a little bit of socializing and gambling.

She is survived by her three daughters: Rosa Lynn (Brian) Wolfe of Clarion, Mary Mays (Alfred Ganss Jr.) of Barger Hollow, and Chrysta (Rob) Hovis of Fairmount City. Eleven grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren. Sister, Patricia (Jim) Wolfe, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Morgan, and grandson, Keith Allen Morgan. Sisters, Leaudra Merryman, Arlene Fair, Janice Neely, Wanda Belinski, and Mary Barbera. Brother, Gary “Bud” Barbera.

Friends and family will be received at the H. Jack Buzard Funeral Home in Parker (201 S. Wayne) on Thursday, July 9, 2026, from 2-4 & 6-8 pm.

A celebration of her life will follow at the funeral home at 8 pm. The interment will take place at Perryville Cemetery.
