Legal Notice: Perry Township -Accepting Sealed Bids

Perry Township Armstrong County is accepting sealed bids at 758 Queenstown Road, Karns City, PA 16041 until 6:00 PM on May 4, 2026 for the Say, Knox and Gibson Road intersection Storm Sewer Project. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud immediately thereafter. The scope of work includes providing all labor and equipment for 1325 ft. of 12” SLCPP, 120 ft. of 15” SLCPP, 940 ft of 15” Perforated SLCPP, 640 ft. of 18” SLCPP, installation of 13 - 2x4 inlets, 15- 2x2 inlets and pavement restoration. Bidders must place stone and asphalt with Full Width Paver and must be PennDot Prequalified for Work Class Codes F1, h and K. Vac Truck must be used for Exploratory Excavation near any Utilities. The township will provide all materials. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
