Fall is quickly approaching, and so is the annual Perry Township Fall Fest! It will be another day packed with free, fun activities for all ages! It will be held on September 19th starting at 10 am at the West Freedom Ballfield (73 Collier Rd, Parker, PA 16049). Make sure you hit all the community yard sales on your way.
There will be a variety of vendors and food options available throughout the day. Buy tickets to try to win one of over 100 items graciously donated by local businesses and community members. Some big-ticket items include a patio fire pit, a leaf blower, a Blackstone grill, and a hickory rocking chair.
Have kids?! A special guest, BLUEY, is coming back to Fall Fest. She will be there to see everyone from 10-11 am, then 3- 4 pm. Get a picture with her and grab a treat bag. New this year is a magic show and balloon animals with Charlie Jester, starting at 12:15 pm. In the kids’ “fun zone”, there will be a bounce house, yard games, and kiddie tractor train rides (noon-4). ALL FOR FREE!!!
Pet lovers can bring their 4-legged family too! The annual FREE weenie race is back, with registration starting at 10:30 and races starting at 11. There are “weenie” and “non-weenie” divisions, along with various fun contests after the race. You can also swing by to buy a square, or nine, for chicken poop bingo.
Do you love tractors, or have a new one to show off?! The tractor show will be at the ballfield starting at 10:30 am. Later in the morning, there will be a tractor ride. This year, kids can bring their favorite tractor to join the kids’ show for a free snow cone.
For the artsy and competitive crowd, there will be two contests for you to join this year. One is the annual photography contest (4x6 or 5x7) with categories including Things around Perry Twp., Animals, and Scenery. New this year is a pumpkin carving/decorating contest. Photos and carved/decorated pumpkins are due 9/18/26 between 6-7:30 pm at the park.
If sitting and listening is more your jam, there will be two musical groups in the pavilion in the afternoon. “Carnival of Souls” (Irish & Celtic Music) will be at 1, followed by Killin’ Time (Country).
And that’s just the beginning! There’s so much more to enjoy – we couldn’t possibly list it all here. Search “Perry Twp/Clarion County Fall Fest” on Facebook for full event details and updates. See you there!
