Talking Tuesday Meeting on Waterside Property Ownership

Owning property along a waterway be it a creek, stream or river is very appealing to many folks. However it is essential to consider several factors to ensure safety, -sustainability and enjoyment. Many questions arise. Are there regulations? Do l need permits? Do l need a “plan” and how do l go about securing one? What has to be in the “plan”? Do states, counties, townships, and municipalities have differing requirements? Where do l go for help?

These and many more questions will be answered during the meeting.
