Walk for Autism Set for April 27th at Keystone High School

Come on out and show your support. April is Autism Awareness month. Mark your calendar and get the whole family involved.

Come on out and enjoy all the activities. The Autism Tough Foundation will be hosting a Walk for Autism from 1:00 to 3:00 pm at Keystone High School.

Resource tables will be set up to educate the public on what types of services are available in the area. The event will feature a kids zone with a petting zoo, face painting along with games and crafts to do.

A Chinese auction will be set up and benefits the Autism Tough Foundation. Stop by and get your tickets!

Resources tables being set up include the River Intermediate Unit 6 Early Intervention, RIU6 Achieving Skills for Life, Alliance Therapy Dogs, Magna Therapy with Matt Cross, Parents as Teachers / Jefferson County Head Start, Wolf’s Youth Employment Services, Next Step Therapy, Bacon Buddies, Happy Healthy Moms and the Clarion County Dairy Princess. The tables will be set up in the parking lot for any families interested.

Blended Nutrition from Clarion will be selling Puzzle Teas, and Brows by Erika will be doing small autism tattos for adults.

The Keystone High School Life Skills classroom will be serving lunch. All money raised will go back into the Life Skills classroom to help with field trips for the kids.

Come make a loop around the track to show your support for our special needs friends and their families!
