CEC Announces 2025 Good Neighbor Scholarship Winners

PARKER, Pa., June 1, 2025 - Central Electric Cooperative (CEC) is proud to announce its 2025 Good Neighbor Scholarship winners. Selection was based on each candidate’s merit for non-paid service to the community and school. Ten students of cooperative members will each receive a $3,000 scholarship to further their education in the 2024/2025 school year.
The 2025 Good Neighbor Scholarship winners include: Kaylee Baker of Keystone High School, Max Formaini of Armstrong High School, Eden Criado of Franklin Area High School, Jessica Cornell of Butler Senior High School, Riley Brophy of Franklin Area High School, Taylor Dailey of PennWest Edinboro University, Abigail Boland of Franklin Area High School, Avah Burke of Penn State University, Bella Terman of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and Kendall Findlay of Slippery Rock University.
Good Neighbor Scholarship Program funding comes from unclaimed capital credits and does not affect member rates.
CEC would like to remind members that scholarship opportunities are available to all age groups who wish to further their education.
