Finley L. Wentling, Jr. age 86 of Emlenton, passed away early Sunday morning, March 19, 2023 at Clarion Care Center. Finley was born on May 26, 1936.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by the William N. Rupert Mortuary Inc., of Knox, PA.
