NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Dec 8, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the City of Parker Community Building/Firehall, 204 South Wayne Ave. Parker Pennsylvania, the City Council of the City of Parker Pa., Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, will act on an Ordinance, of which this notice is a summary.
The purpose of the Ordinance will be to establish rules and regulations for the placement of Games of Skill/Chance within the City of Parker, to establish licensing fees for Games of Skills/Chance located within the City of Parker and to set fines and penalties for the violation thereof.
A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance may be examined by any citizen during regular business hours or by appointment in the administrative office of the City of Parker located at 210 Cooper Ave. Parker, Pennsylvania. Please call 724-399-2800.
