Summer Fest 2025 - Clarion, PA

Clarion County, PA – It’s that time of year when Clarion County kicks off its celebration season, showcasing the best of our big outdoors, vibrant community, and PA charm. Get ready for this year’s Clarion Summer Fest – it’s going to be an absolute blast! From the pop-up shops featuring local entrepreneurs to the exciting lineup of events spanning three action-packed weekends, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy. Each month has its own unique theme, ensuring that visitors will always find something new and exciting to experience.

In addition to fan favorites like Artist-In-Residence, Live Music and the Stars over Clarion planetarium shows, there are exciting new events slated for this year’s Summer Fest. June will feature the Clarion Alley Cats, who are sponsoring a Creating Color in Clarion event at the Haskell House, where attendees can build a flower bouquet under the instruction of Jane’s Blooms. Also in June, a pickleball tournament will occur at the Janice Horn Memorial Park. July will debut the Song Writers’ Contest, including cash prizes, with judges from NYC and LA. At 6 p.m., there will be a sing-off with the judges. Also in July, family mini golf and a local history round-table, “Around The Town,” are slated.

Clarion Summer Fest events are held annually the first weekend in June, July, and August. The events are entering their fourth year and are produced by The Local Clarion County under the direction of Nancy Hanna & board members: Jackie Griebel,

Cynthia Nellis, Hind Karn, Christy Logue, Marie Lewis, Linda Whitling, DeWayne Harbaugh, Nancy Freenock, Eric Funk, and Marcy Schlueter.

THE BIG OUTDOORS

Friday June 6 - Saturday June 7, 2025

This weekend focuses on outdoor activities; biking, hiking and kayaking. Shopping pop-ups, live music, kids’ scavenger hunt, campers jamboree, and local food trucks round out the schedule.

HOMEGROWN

Saturday, July 5, 2025

A Hometown Fest celebrating our community life, featuring shopping pop-ups, a Songwriters’ Competition, the Home Chef bake-off, artist-in-residence, KidZone, Kids’ Scavenger Hunt and live music.

THE ARTS

Friday August 1 - Saturday August 2, - Sunday August 3, 2025

This will be the last Summer Fest weekend featuring artisan and entrepreneur shopping pop-ups, sidewalk Chalk Art Competition, a Glassblowers Village, marble hunt, a glass art exhibition, street musicians and a planetarium show.
