East Brady Riverfest Returns for a Patriotic 41st Celebration

In the charming riverside town of East Brady, PA, the 41st Annual East Brady Riverfest Street Fair and Fireman’s Parade will celebrate America’s 250th birthday with family fun, tradition, and community spirit along the Allegheny River.

This East Brady Riverfest has become a beloved summer tradition. Organizers begin planning immediately after each festival ends, ensuring a high-quality celebration every year. Highlights include a renowned fireworks display visible from land and boats on the river.

Returning the year is the popular Chinese Auction, which proved highly successful in its trial run. Families can enjoy games of chance, raffles, food and craft vendors, and a dedicated Kid’s Area with bounce houses, train rides ($5 unlimited all weekend), face painting, and clowns.

Friday, July 24, 2026: The weekend begins with the Fireman’s Parade at 6:30 p.m., followed by the Street Fair until 10 p.m. in the All Stars parking lot (411 Kellys Way). Entertainment features Darren Miller from 7-10 p.m.

Saturday, July 25, 2026: The Riverfest 5K starts at 8 a.m. from the Allegheny Trailhead (300 Varner Street). The Street Fair runs 12-10 p.m., with a Car Show at Forge 26 Fitness (405 Robinson Street) beginning at noon. Live music starts at 3 p.m., with Drunkyn Unclyz performing 7-10 p.m. Fireworks light up the sky at 10 p.m.

The Information Booth will sell Chinese Auction tickets, 50/50 tickets, raffle tickets, and Riverfest T-shirts. Vendors can enter a Patriotic Theme Decorating Contest for a $100 prize.

To maintain this free event, donations for the Chinese Auction—baskets or gift certificates—are greatly appreciated. Contact 724-556-9210 for pickup and drop-off.

Mark your calendar for July 24 and 25 for laughter, music, good food, and unforgettable fireworks. See you by the river!
