Legal Notice: Allegheny Township, Butler County, PA, Soliciting Bids

The supervisors of Allegheny Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, will solicit bids until 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 10, 2026, on the following:

30,000 gallons of AEP or E-1 Prime oil more or less, delivered and applied, as directed on the township roads. (Successful bidders may be responsible for supplying approved sample bottles)

15,000 gallons of E-3 oil, more or less, delivered and applied, as directed on the township roads. (Successful bidders may be responsible for supplying approved sample bottles)

8,000 tons, more or less, of washed limestone - 1B

3,000 tons, more or less, of washed limestone - 2B-57

800 tons, more or less, of washed limestone - 2RC

1,500 tons, more or less, of limestone sand

The municipality reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
