To the Editor: Our Deepest Gratitude

Dear Editor:

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the fire fighters first responders, and every community member who reached out after the house fire on December 5, 2025.

The compassion, strength and generosity you showed in those moments and in the days that followed have carried us more than you know. Your quick actions and willingness to help made an overwhelming situation feel a little less frightening.

We are profoundly grateful that our family and our dog are safe. Through all of this, we have felt God’s protection and presence and it has brought us comfort and peace during this very difficult time.

Our family is doing well. While we do not need anything at this time, please know how much your kindness, prayers and support have meant to us.

Thank you for surrounding us with such love and for helping us take the first steps toward rebuilding.
